MPVI Credits
Credits for MPVI Std/Pro
Before you complete your credits purchase, please ensure you;
- Download and install the latest version of VCM Suite here.
- Connect your MPVI Std/Pro to your laptop/PC.
- While connected to the internet, load VCM Editor or Scanner and select HELP in the top menu, then select APPLICATION KEYS.
- Enter the most recent application key.
- Your current credits totals will be displayed.
Reminder, you must be connected to the internet as this process will update your MPVI Std/Pro firmware to the latest version.
Should you have any issues resyncing your interface or receiving your activation email, please submit a support ticket here.
NOTE: All digital product sales including credits are final, under no circumstances can a refund be given for any digital products. Please ensure you check how many credits you have and require before you complete your purchase.
The original MPVI1 and MPVI1 Pro interfaces will reach end-of-life on January 1, 2027. However, your device will not stop working and you will not lose any existing licenses, unlimited licenses, or previously purchased credits.
After January 1, 2027:
- MPVI1 devices will no longer receive software updates, new features, or technical support.
- MPVI1-specific credits will no longer be available for purchase.
- MPVI1 devices will no longer be eligible for the HP Tuners upgrade program.
- Existing licensed vehicles and unlimited licenses will remain usable.
- Previously purchased MPVI1 credits will remain valid and do not expire.
VCM Suite will continue to function with compatible software versions that support MPVI1. Users who wish to continue using MPVI1 after support ends will need to remain on a compatible version of the software.
