More Control for Your BluePrint Engine
HP Tuners and BluePrint Engines are working together to bring custom tuning support to select BluePrint EFI crate engine packages. With compatible BluePrint engine controllers, HP Tuners hardware and VCM Suite give builders and professional tuners the tools to read, edit, write, and data log supported engine calibrations.
BluePrint EFI 4G support covers the following engine SKUs equipped with BPE EFI:
- GM Small Block Compatible 383 & 400 c.i sku’s equipped with BPE EFI
- LS Compatible Blueprint Engines 376 & 427 c.i sku’s equipped with BPE EFI
Support is specific to the BPE EFI-equipped SKUs and compatible BluePrint engine controllers. Verify compatibility before purchasing hardware or credits.

BluePrint Engines is a respected name in performance crate engines, offering complete engine packages for street rods, restomods, and custom builds. Its turnkey approach gives builders a proven starting point, but customers have also asked for the flexibility to tune beyond the supplied calibration.
That feedback led BluePrint Engines and HP Tuners to develop tuning support for compatible BluePrint EFI engine controllers. BluePrint supplies the crate engine and its base engine calibration. HP Tuners supplies the tools that allow owners and independent professional tuners to refine supported calibrations for specific builds. BluePrint is not offering custom tunes through this partnership.
WHAT HP TUNERS SUPPORT BRINGS TO THE BUILD
For compatible BluePrint EFI 4G engine controllers, VCM Suite provides the tools to review engine operation and refine supported calibration parameters. The latest VCM Suite BETA is required for this support.
- VCM Editor: Read, modify, and write supported engine calibrations.
- VCM Scanner: Data log available engine parameters to evaluate operation before and after calibration changes.
- MPVI Hardware: Connect a supported interface to the eligible engine controller and use the familiar HP Tuners workflow.
Supported parameters and functions vary by controller and calibration. Calibration work should be performed by experienced users or professional tuners.

Before purchasing hardware or credits, confirm that your BluePrint engine is one of the supported BPE EFI-equipped SKUs and that its controller is compatible with HP Tuners.
Already Have a BluePrint EFI Engine?
Check your installed controller and engine SKU before getting started. BluePrint Engines or HP Tuners can help confirm whether your particular BPE EFI configuration is supported. Do not assume compatibility based on engine displacement alone.
