A Director of Sales’ responsibility at HP Tuners is to create and manage a detailed sales plan, and lead a team of sales managers and account reps. The Director of Sales develops the overall metrics and leading indicators to track and communicate progress to the executive team.

  • Monthly and Quarterly Forecasting, and creating a detailed sales plan for the coming quarter.
  • Lead Weekly Sales Meetings.

  • Hiring and Staffing Strategy.
  • CRM Deployment, Management and Reporting.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Support on Strategies and Tactics.

Position Overview

As a Senior Hardware Engineer for HP Tuners, you will be working with an experienced cross-disciplinary team that builds cutting edge automotive products from prototype all the way to production. You will be involved in designing new hardware products, as well as maintaining existing designs.

Controls Algorithm Engineer

Job Description

HP Tuners is currently seeking a full-time Controls Algorithm Engineer to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will work with Hardware and Software Engineers to develop and apply control systems concepts to embedded electronics. You will develop control algorithms and computer models for evaluation of control strategies for the target embedded system. You will design plant models to support Model-In-The-Loop (MIL) and Hardware-In-The-Loop (HIL) simulation. This is an embedded position with a focus on using MATLAB and Simulink as a means of implementation.

Software Development Engineer In-Test

Job Description

HP Tuners is currently seeking a full-time Software Development Engineer In-Test (SDET) to join our team in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will participate in the development of automated test processes and building tools that allow us to efficiently test and monitor our embedded software. The position combines the “building” aspect of software design engineering with the “breaking” aspect of software test engineering. You will be writing code that automatically verifies the quality of the product. This is an embedded position with a focus on using MATLAB and Simulink as a means of implementation.
