Domestic and International Shipping

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed Monday through Friday 8 AM to 3 PM CST and may take 1-2 business days to ship. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays) or holidays.

International Shipping Notes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once your order reaches your country. HP Tuners includes a customs form with each international order. However, HP Tuners is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Additionally, HP Tuners cannot adjust the declared value of your international shipment.

HP Tuners (both .com and .eu) does not ship to the following countries: Russia and Ukraine.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by UPS and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Then, once your order has been processed and the status has changed to “Completed”, you will receive another email with your UPS tracking number. Please wait until you see the order status changed to “Completed” before expecting to receive the second email with your tracking number.

If you placed an order while logged into your HP Tuners account, you can always view your tracking number at the bottom of the “Orders” page.

It is recommended that you create and log into your HP Tuners account before placing any orders. This will allow your order history to be verified and any orders from being held for verification. This will also allow you to view all of your invoices for accounting purposes.

Return Policy

Please note that all digital sales are final. Carefully check the products you intend on purchasing are correct for your application and hardware. If you have any questions, contact us first at support@hptuners.com and we would be delighted to assist you.

Hardware must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

HP Tuners does not offer returns to “opened boxes”. However, if for any reason your HP Tuners product does not meet your expectations, please email support@hptuners.com so that we can assist with resolving any issues that you may have.

HP Tuners does not accept any returns for upgraded vehicle control modules.

Control Module Service Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges to and from HP Tuners for all ECM/PCM/TCM services. At checkout, the shipping charge only covers the cost for HP Tuners to ship the control back to the customer. The customer is also responsible for covering the initial cost to ship their control module to HP Tuners.

After placing an order, customers will receive an email with a shipping form that must be included in the box with their control module. The information on this form is extremely important for our shipping and control module teams. If you don’t see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder, or contact support@hptuners.com.

Where do I ship my control module to?

The shipping address to ship your control module to HP Tuners will always be on the service page. Please navigate back to the service you purchased and click the “Shipping” tab towards the bottom of the page. Make sure you include your order number and the correct attention/ATTN.

Shipping FAQ

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Our operating hours are 8 am to 3 pm CST Monday through Friday. We do not ship or process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders, even if in stock, can take 1-2 business days to process. If you have ordered a PCM/ECM/TCM upgrade or exchange, we will need to receive your module before processing the order.

Q: How can I upgrade my shipping?
A: Please email sales@hptuners.com to upgrade your shipping.

Q: Where do I ship my interface (for upgrade) OR my ECM/PCM/TCM to be serviced?
A: For all control module services and interface upgrades, the shipping address is always on the product page. Please navigate to the product page where you made your purchase to find the shipping address with the correct attention/ATTN.

Q: I am returning my order. Will HP Tuners send me a shipping label?
A: HP Tuners will issue customers a return shipping label through UPS for RMA defective products only. However, please understand that UPS does not send labels until after the end-of-day process.

Q: I am close to HP Tuners’ headquarters. Can I just drop off my order and/or pick up my order at the office?
A: HP Tuners is not open to the public and does not accept drop off’s or pick-ups. Please enter your preferred shipping address during checkout.

Q: Will HP Tuners call me after my MPVI interface or control module order arrives at their facility OR once my return is received?
A: HP Tuners will update you about your order via the email address you provide at checkout.

Q: I received my tracking number, but I don’t see any movement.
A: If you received your tracking number but do not see any further updates, your order may be at HP Tuners’ facility waiting to be picked up by UPS. Please wait 24 hours and check again.

Q: Do I need to use a specific shipping carrier when shipping to HP Tuners?
A: Customers can use any shipping carrier they prefer when shipping to HP Tuners. Regardless of what carrier you choose, please save your tracking information for future reference in the event your package is lost by the carrier.
