GM T46 TCM Service (Global B)

• Please note this service is required to tune supported 2020-2026 Chevrolet Corvette C8 vehicles equipped with the Tremec T46 TCM.
• This service is an upgrade-only service. Customers must send in their original T46 TCM. No replacement controller will be provided as part of this service.
• The GM T46 TCM Upgrade Service is compatible with MPVI4 devices only.
• All supported vehicles require the latest version of VCM Suite BETA and (6) Universal Credits for licensing.
• Please ensure you are sending ONLY the TCM. Do not include mounting hardware, brackets, fasteners, wiring, or other vehicle components. These items may not be returned.
• TCMs with significant physical damage, broken connectors, water intrusion, or evidence of prior repair attempts may not be eligible for upgrade service.
• This is a one-time upgrade that enables HP Tuners tuning functionality while maintaining normal vehicle operation and serviceability.
• Processing time for this upgrade service does not include shipping time. Current service times can be found here.

Step 1: Confirm your vehicle’s support and purchase this upgrade service. Ensure you have an MPVI4 interface.

Step 2: After placing your order, download and complete the shipping form found under the “Shipping” tab. Place the form inside your shipping box.

Step 3: Remove your TCM and package it safely with the completed shipping form.

Step 4: Write your order number clearly on the outside of the shipping box.

Step 5: Ship your TCM to HP Tuners using any carrier of your choice. Shipping costs to HP Tuners are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 6: HP Tuners upgrades your T46 TCM for tuning and diagnostics and ships it back to you.

Step 7: Reinstall your upgraded ECM, purchase and apply (6) Universal Credits, and begin tuning using MPVI4 and VCM Suite BETA.

Please allow up to 10 business days (plus shipping times) per ECM/TCM for processing once your module arrives at our location for service. (i.e., 2 ECMs = up to 20 business days). This estimate does not include return shipping time.

  NOTE: Any hardware ordered with this product will be shipped along with your upgraded TCM. To avoid any delays should you require other hardware soon, please order that hardware separately.

  NOTE: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending HP Tuners your ECM/PCM/TCM. The shipping charge at checkout only covers returning your control module after modification.

• These ECM/PCM/TCM services are completed at the owner’s risk. HP Tuners will not be responsible for the vehicle, its powertrain, or electronics, nor how the control module is used, calibrated, and its functionality.
• Due to the factory location of the ECM in the vehicle, all ECMs will exhibit signs of weathering and wear, which is completely normal.
• When utilizing this service there is a possibility that the vehicle will need to be sent to the dealers to be re synced. Purchaser accepts all liability for this activity.
