HP Tuners 20th Anniversary Giveaway Terms and Conditions

HP Tuners is proud to sponsor the 20th Anniversary Giveaway.

Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• No purchase necessary to participate in HP Tuners’ 20th Anniversary Giveaway. HP Tuners warrants that the purchase of any of our products in no way affects a participant’s chances of winning, nor does the lack of purchase decrease a participant’s chances of winning.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• This giveaway is not open to HP Tuners employees, affiliates, or their immediate family members.

How to Enter

• Participants must comment on the giveaway post and share what they would do with the HP Tuners Starter Kit if they won.
• Optional: Participants can upload a photo of their current tuning project or car in the comments for a bonus entry.
• All comments will be recorded and automatically entered into the contest, where one eligible entry will be randomly selected as the winner.
• Limit: One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts are not allowed and will be counted as only one entry.

Contest Timeline

• The contest begins on September 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM CST and ends on October 10, 2024, at midnight CST.
• Any entries received after the contest closing date and time will not be eligible.

 Finalists (if applicable)

• A total of one (1) finalist will be selected before the final winner is determined.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook within 48 hours of the contest’s conclusion.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours of the notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the time frame will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
• The winner will be announced within 15 days of the contest’s conclusion.
• HP Tuners has 30 days to provide the prize to the winner after the contest concludes.

Prize Details

• The winner will receive one (1) HP Tuners Starter Kit, which includes:

• A laptop pre-loaded with VCM Suite software.
• An MPVI3 interface with 2 credits.
• An HP Tuners swag pack, consisting of a hat, t-shirt, and stickers.
• One (1) High Performance Academy VIP Course.

• The approximate retail value of the prize is $3,600 USD.
• The winner will not be responsible for any shipping or handling costs to receive the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other prize except at HP Tuners’ discretion.

Release of Liability

• By entering the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless HP Tuners, its employees, agents, affiliates, and Facebook, from any and all liability arising from the contest or the prize awarded.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

Ownership and Use of Content

• By submitting an entry, participants grant HP Tuners the right to use any content submitted (comments, photos, etc.) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts and marketing materials.
• Participants also agree that HP Tuners may use their name and likeness in promotional announcements related to the contest or future marketing materials.

Disqualification

• Entries that violate Facebook’s Community Standards or HP Tuners’ internal guidelines will be disqualified.
• Entries generated by bots or automated systems will not be considered.

Legal Compliance

• Contestants must abide by HP Tuners Emissions Compliance Policy throughout the giveaway.
• The contest complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations, as well as Facebook’s contest and promotion policies.
• HP Tuners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

Severability

• If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the Act which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this Act are severable.

• By participating, entrants acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
• Participants agree to release Facebook from any liability related to the giveaway.
• HP Tuners is solely responsible for the lawful operation of the giveaway, including compliance with all applicable rules and regulations governing
