Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for HP Tuners’ Oscar Piastri MPVI3 Giveaway Contest as of October 11th, 2023.

Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria:

• Open to all countries.
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are not employees of HP Tuners or JAM Sports Management or their affiliates, nor members of their immediate families or households.

Entry: To enter, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the contest post on Instagram. Entry requirements include following the official HP Tuners’ Instagram page and tagging a friend on the original giveaway post. Entries complete, accurate, or submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. Entries are limited to (1) per participant.

Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 10/12/2023 and ends on 10/24/2023 at 12:00 CST. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.

Prize: The winner will receive a 1-of-1 MPVI3 OBDII interface signed by Oscar Piastri. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. HP Tuners reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message within 24 hours after the winner announcement. If the winner does not respond within three days, another winner will be selected.

Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow HP Tuners to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

Liability: HP Tuners and JAM Sports Management is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants, or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless HP Tuners and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the United States.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration per the rules of HP Tuners.

Modification: HP Tuners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. HP Tuners also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by the HP Tuners.
