HP Tuners Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States.

Participants must be at least 18 years old.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchasing HP Tuners products does not increase or decrease chances of winning.

Void where prohibited by law.

Not open to HP Tuners employees, affiliates, or their immediate family members.

How to Enter

Participants must comment their first “HP Tuned” car with the hashtag #giveaway on the giveaway post AND share the post to their Instagram Story.

Entrants must have a public profile or ensure their Story is visible to HP Tuners at the time of entry.

Limit: one entry per person. Multiple entries using different accounts will not be accepted.

The giveaway post image will clearly display the word “GIVEAWAY” to ensure compliance with FTC disclosure rules.

Contest Timeline

The giveaway begins on September 24, 2025, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on October 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST.

Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

Winner Selection

Ten (10) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the contest’s conclusion.

Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in selection of an alternate winner.

Winners will be announced publicly within 15 days of the contest ending.

HP Tuners will ship prizes within 30 days of confirmation.

Prize Details

Each winner will receive one (1) HP Tuners merch pack. Approximate retail value per prize: $80, with a total aggregate prize value not to exceed $5,000.

No cash or prize substitutions, except at HP Tuners’ discretion.

Prizes are non-transferable. HP Tuners covers shipping and handling within the U.S.

Release of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release HP Tuners, its employees, affiliates, and Instagram from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Instagram is released from any responsibility related to the promotion.

Ownership and Use of Content

By participating, entrants grant HP Tuners the right to use submitted content (comments, reposts, usernames) in promotional materials.

Disqualification

Entries that violate Instagram Community Guidelines or HP Tuners’ internal rules will be disqualified.

Automated or bot-generated entries will not be considered.

Legal Compliance

Contest complies with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws, and with Instagram’s promotion rules.

HP Tuners reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control arise.

Severability

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
