BUFFALO GROVE, IL, September 5th, 2025—HP Tuners is thrilled to now offer the industry’s first solution for custom tuning and diagnostics for the RAM AS69RC AISIN transmission controller found in 2019-2024 RAM 3500-5500 models. This support enables full read, edit, and write capabilities in addition to diagnostics and data logging features directly via the OBDII-port—no controller upgrade needed.
The RAM AS69RC AISIN transmission is found in the following models:
- 2019-2024 RAM 3500 High Output (HO) Pickup 6.7L Cummins Diesel Engine
- 2019-2024 RAM 4500-5500 Cab-Chassis 6.7L Cummins Diesel Engine
With HP Tuners’ existing first-to-market ECM (engine) tuning support for 2019-2021 models, this makes HP Tuners the first company globally to offer full engine and transmission tuning support for those model years!

Users can expect 37 editable transmission parameters in the software. This dataset includes the ability to positively impact normal and tow/haul shifting characteristics for everyday driving and towing. The shift aspects available for correction include:
- Normal and Tow/Haul Shift Scheduling: Up-shift only at this time. Downshift coming soon.
- Normal and Tow/Haul Shift Timing: Allows the user to affect the amount of time a shift event occurs.
- Normal and Tow/Haul Torque Ramp Rate: Allows the user to affect the amount of time torque is applied after a shift event occurs.
