MPVI Plugged into PC's usb port, but not vehicle's OBD-II port and Power Light does not illuminate

If your laptop has more than one USB port, try using a different port.

Try using a different laptop (if you have one).

Try using a new USB cable of high quality (if available).

If none of the above are available or you are still not getting power, contact customer support.
