I need to get a wide band O2 sensor. I obviously want one that will work well with HP Tuners. What exactly will I need (sensor, controller, gauge...)? Also, any recomendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just received mine (Innovate LM-1) from Turbometrics
today. It took from 7/30 to 8/16 and I did not get any
mail about shipment until the day of arrival, but arrive
it did. They had the best price by far. I like the unit, it
has a self-calibration feature and was easy to get going
with.
Thanks for the info. That is the unit I am leaning towards. You just made me lean a little further.

Anyone using a nice gauge-type WBO2 unit? I think dynojet, AEM, PLX and FJO all make them. Looks much cleaner and is not a clunky box like the LM-1. I'd prefer to keep the install clean.

Zeitronix's LCD screen is pretty sweet looking, which gives you many different custom installation possibilities. (I'm thinking some kind of in-dash installation for when I get mine, make it look kind of factory)

Still, a unit which can have it's display mounted in a 2-1/16th A-Pillar pod would make for a much cleaner install.
I was leaning to the AEM, but further research has shown that people are having horrible difficulty getting it to properly calibrate.

You could buy both for less then most other WBO2 sensors with gauges. I am not worrying about the gauge, all I want is the intigration into HP Tuners ;D.

All widebands with a 0-5 volt analog output will integrate with HP Tuners, so I hope that wasn't the only reason you chose the LM-1.Originally Posted by arthansen

I ordered the LM-1 because it recieved good reviews and was inexpensive (in comparison). The reason I did not get the gauge was that I was more interested in logging my results then in monitoring the A/F ratio while I drive. I will probably never even look at the LCD display while I am driving. The gauge goes in the "nice to have" catagory.
