How Do I change my Low Octane Timing?

I am New to HP Tuners,My problem is sence I went to H/C and New Lt Headers on my 1999 LS1 I have got low timing around 23 degrees @6400 ,My Tuner said I should be @ 28-29 because he tuned it on the Dyno.Car was making good power but now I have got low timing.I was told to Change the low Octane timing table to make it the same. How do I do this?
    Thanks!!!

Engine>Advance has the high and low octane
table buttons. Open the high, right click on the
upper left "empty" box and copy the whole table.
Open up the low table, right click upper left, paste.

However if you're down in the low octane it may
be 'cause you need to be, until something is
tuned better. Unless it's just false knock.

Thanks Jimmyblue,We are sure it is false knock because my ypipe was banging the floor.I was even lower on timing around 19-20 @ 6400 until I quieted it down. Now I think I am stuck in low octane table? Now my timing 23-24 @ 6400,If I add 4-5 degrees with my timing tuner the car wakes up...
