The one I posted isn't stock. Make sure you copy the axis by hand. I've got it in several stock 6 speeds. I was wondering if you don't have a mistorqued valve body causing a sticking valve with as long as that took to engage.

It won't close the throttle, but it still pulls timing via the min timing table - it also doesn't go full line pressure like the newer ones do...

I don't know if you've been using this and if you haven't I should have mentioned it earlier, but when you have your compare file loaded you can go to compare > view comparison log > scroll down to transmission > right click on the transmission tab > copy over all differences - doesn't work too well for axis, but should take care of the "lump sum"... After doing this the tables with different numbers in them still will show as a different color in the main transmission section - all you have to do at that point is open the different showing table and click on the far right tab in the compare areas for the tables and it will show you exactly what's different although sometimes there isn't anything different and it still says that there is? Not sure what's up with that part, but should hopefully make things easier for you if you haven't been doing it that way...

Okay, been a few days but finally got the TCM in today, I downloaded the attached tune file, and everything was spot on, except 3-4 flares at light and half throttle, didn't try any wide open throttle pulls. Trans shop send he believes the trans is fine and that it may be the clutch pressures or the tranny needs to learn, but I dorve it around for a bit and its still does it even when using the paddles.

So I made a minor adjust to the base pressure from 3-4 , no difference. I lowered the shift time no difference. I went back to the base tune and am just making a minor adjustment here and there and there is nothing making a difference. Man I just don't understand this.
I'll try to look tonight, but these things never really had 3-4 issues, so possibly build? Gm did detune 3-4 due to them being tighter, so with the above posted tune increase shift pressure 1.15 and cut shift time by .75. After that do 3 wot pulls, 3 30 percent pulls all from a stop then do 3 forced downshifts. See how it goes after that.

okay - 3 wide open pulls, 3 30% pulls, and three hard downshifts. that just cut the flare time down by half, wot I don't notice it at all. light and part throttle its still there but not nearly as bad

wow, its really close, I think some of it was tm, did all the pulls and I am not sure if its not dead on its close, with tq off the car just burns the tires until about 90 mph. but man this feels close. I update only the first 3 columns only per your direction. tried to do a pull without tq on but got a little harry, lol

Have YOU READAPT THE TRANS ???? IF SO, your EQ RATIO Table needs adjusting.
Don't mess with the EQ ratio table. Torque model is pretty close as is. Just increase the lower 3 columns another 10 percent then perform same relearn driving.

okay update and test complete, drove it around for a while after the pulls and down shifts, just the slightest flair at light throttle still, quick question the first max pressure (absolute) is set to 260, if the pressures in the shift table are above that does it allow it or stop it at 260. just curious and trying to learn all of this stuff.
