    Won't add to yr/model credits

I have been tuning a number of 2012 Caprices and it won't allow it to add to the yr/model credit upgrade. WTH???

The first popup tells you exactly why.

Yes, I've read that....BUT WHY??? these are all factory spec vehicles. Nothing has ever been done to them. Whether they are Chevrolet or Holden, it shouldn't matter.

Because, like the popup tells you, we don't have the information in the software.

If you do as the popup says, and e-mail us the file, we can add it.

Correct. The prompt spells it out pretty clearly I think.

We can fix this moving forward for you if you send in the files to support so we can add the necessary licensing information for you.

I had a friend, who's a Pro tuner, come look at it as well. He gave me the "You're a dumbass" look and said READ THE FINE PRINT.

But going to email the files to support now and hopefully this should remedy my problem, according to what he explained to me. I hope so. I have 8 more cars to do and I guess I'll be emailing more files. But it will be done right this time.

From what I can tell from the email you sent these are 2012 vin's but using 2011 operating systems which is NOT a valid vin/os pair. I checked them against GM's own information.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Yep, this really sucks. I have many more cars to do and every one I do, I just keep throwing $100 bucks away in HP's pocket. By the time I'm done, HPT will have made about $2500 extra, which should be my profit.
