    Invalid VIN/OS Pair

    Are you guys "in the office" this weekend? I know it's Good Friday, so a day off for your guys is well deserved, but occasionally I know emails get lost in the interweb and wanted to check if it was received. I already sent an email to support with tune and info suite log. I Only have access to this vehicle until Monday (I'm visiting family like most of you guys) so a prompt response would be ideal. Either way enjoy your holiday guys, let me know when you get a chance.
