2001 Tahoe tune for MPG

Just got a 2001 Tahoe that is 100% stock. Looking to see if I can get a little better mpg. Was wandering if anyone can give me any info. about where to start and what changes I could make. I took a drive and did some logging and have attached it if someone wants to take a look at it. I just used the default config file when making the log.

You can eek out a little mileage with more timing, leaning it out, delaying PE (power enrichment mode) and things like that, but the easiest and most effective way is to stay out of the throttle.

Yeah been driving it with a light foot and I realize it's not the best vehicle for getting fuel mileage to start with. Would just like to see if I can squeeze a couple more mpg's out of it. Don't have any plans to do any mod's except for possible electric fans to take a little drag off the engine. Thanks for the info and will see what happens
