its trans tq management.
log shows less torque than your max allowed in engine tm vs gear.
I would try disabling fast torque exit and max torque values
max out all max torque vs gear under torque limit vs RPM
mas out trans input torque

Torque management, general, traction control, max torque is set to 400 ft lbs. Try raising that?

max out traction control torque values.
max out max torque values for axles and prop shaft below trans input/output.
appears its happening in kickdown. if that doesn't work must be something in the background u cant see send files to HP support
or maybe some indepth trans data like shaft speeds, torques and slips may help if possible to log

GO TO YOUR PE TABLE & ZERO THE DELAY ...
GO TO ENGINE DTC & RISE ALL OF MISFIRE TABLES, ITS LOOKS THAT YOUR RUN A TQ CONVERTER & THAT WELL HELPS THO ..
