I have the chance to buy an unused 1.3.0 2000 f-body Suite set up and save a few bucks.
Since I did not purchase directly from HP will I be able to get support/6 month upgrades as the first and primary user?
What info wil I need or should the original buyer contact HP and allow transfer to my email etc. information?

We got this guy Not Sure, ...
One strong selling point for me, was that the non-VIN-
locked HPTuners would have some resale value (say,
if I sold the car etc.).
It would be good if HPTuners arrived at a transfer
policy, availability-of-support etc., and published it.
