    98 Procharged Vette P1514

    hey guys
    Got finishsed tunning this 98 a4 vette
    on the dyno things went well no codes any of that just power
    Customer drives off the lot and gets a P1514 code and reduced engine power
    this is something to do with the throttle body and maff flow rate I gasther
    How do I compensate for this code is there somewhere too look and change things

    thanks

    P1514 has to do with the extra air flow you are seeing from the procharger. It is an easy fix, and one that needs to be done for any forced induction.

    Go to engine diagnostics -> calculated airflow vs tps vs rpm -- P1514 table.

    To fix the problem you need to calculate the pressure ratio for the procharger.

    PR = (14.7 + boost psi)/14.7

    Then just scale the entire table by the PR.

    You probably also need to fix the P0101 table or he will throw that code at high rpms (delta cylinder flow or something like that).

    Just scale that table upwards by a large value. I used 3. I am not sure what scale is good or bad, but 3 worked

    Hope it helps!
