I've been unable to tune for a month now. Sent my cable in 4wks ago for the MPVI Pro upgrade. Did so thinking I would get it turned around in about a week as they claim on the site.
Had my unit 10/17. Had my cash 10/18. Contacted HPT last week. this is the entire response to my question as to what was up. "should go out in a few days, we were at sema all of last week."
