    I think I have a problem

I read my PCM and then copied the file to another folder just in case something bad happens, all I changed were some idle speeds and shift speeds and now the car runs so rich it won't idle???
The only thing I noticed that was kind of odd was when I downloaded the program to the car it only took 30 seconds before it said the download was complete, is this right?
The next thing I'm going to do is reload the original untouched program and see what happens.

In the original release, the process of writing the PCM
did not touch the saved fuel trims.

I believe there is now (somewhere) the option to reset
these. Did you? If so, and your idle was dependent on
a strongly-trimmed (high LTFT +/- value) to be happy,
you may have to let the idle relearn. Just leave it idle,
restart it if it dies, and use the scanner to watch the
    O2s / LTFT / STFT meanwhile.

    In the VCM Scanner

Select from the menu bar Tools, VCM Control, and then Reset Fuel Trims.
