2015 silverado 5.3 throttle closing

hello new to the forum. having issues with throttle closing going from a 50 roll in drive flooring it the throttle closes then reopens tried moving power downshifts engine airflow diagnosis also having a delay hopefully i can get some good help. sent to the tuning school support but no reply from them here is a log & current tune

Have you looked into MAF g/s permitted table?

should increase stock table by 10% first if still an issue 5% more
