Yeah, comments/marking hasn't been added to V3 yet. I'm looking forward to at least some sort of marking being added.

2. Open a file, make a change. Hit on the X in the top right to close the program. When it asks yes/no/cancel regarding saving, hit cancel. Program closes without saving. Cancel should cancel the exit and take you back to the program.. not exit it
does the same for me, it closes the program, not cancel the close.
Is frustrating when I make a bunch of changes, and accidently hit the x, and I click cancel fulling expecting it to cancel the exit, not the save, like every other program on earth, then poooooooof all is lost.
I will now click save, but still, was something unexpected

That's exactly what happened to me twice yesterday... I'm not sure why I can't duplicate it now but I swear it's done that on me for a while. I finally got in the habit of hitting ctrl+s often to save changes
I tried opening my tune with both version 3.0.21 and 3.0.38 but couldn't reproduce the error you're seeing (realcanuck in post 1181). I did however notice something even more interesting.
Take a look at the screenshot and see if you can spot the three things wrong with it. The answers are shown below it.

Problem #1: Even though I have the units set to Imperial, the values that appear in the 4-5 window are clearly Metric.
Problem #2: On that same window, the label shows lb-ft even though the values in the table are Metric.
Problem #3: Although you can't see the cursor in the screenshot, I'm hovering over one of the 4-5 upshift tables but it's showing kPa in the microhelp on the bottom right of the window.
I also noticed that even with the units set to Imperial only the 1-2, 2-3 and 3-4 tables for Upshift - X are actually Imperial as the rest open up in Metric.
If you change the units to metric then back to imperial does it update these or stay the same?
Some default units are metric, even if you select imperial.
For example, MAP axis will be kPa because that is what is most used, even in imperial locales.

when you make a units change to an individual table the software recognizes this and stores the settings as individual so even when you change the "group" settings it won't modify the settings you made to that single table.
I believe you can get rid of this by deleting the VCM editor.cfg file, its either that or the suite.cfg file, been a while since I had to mess with that stuff.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

The gauge and chart show strange values and oscillations on some channels. Seems to be when using multiple channels that have similar units. I understand that it might be good to interpolate between values of a given channel when there are data "gaps" in time, but I don't think it should be doing what it is doing. It appears to be averaging between 3 similar channels when only one is selected to chart. No idea where the bouncing is coming from but it is really strange as the chart data doesn't do anything like that.
Screenshot of a G8 doing it with vehicle speed and an Impala doing it with O2S. Using 3.0.36 and 3.0.37:

I was hoping to use the broadcast speed channels on the G8, but they don't seem to work (always show less than 2mph). Another one for the list...
Looks correct. You're plotting against a Sensor, most likely,so it will take into account all Channels that represent that Sensor.

Interesting
But aren't two of those channels absolutely wrong (1mph in the pic, always less than 2mph) where the other is 59mph)? If they were closer, it might not be such a big issue (if I'm understanding the issue properly).
When i try to export a table I get a popup that says not implemented. I have been upgrading every day hoping this gets fixed but i just got the newest version and it is still doing it.
That is a feature I'd like to see working as well (also, the import feature..)
I can always copy/paste to Excel
