    dynoing with tc and ah

Is there a problem with dynoing with tc and ah enabled? The reason I ask is yesterday I went to the dyno and did not disable them. The torque seems a little low.

This is with a cam and LT's.

I checked in HP Tuners, and under the Torque Management tab the Max torque is set at 350ft-lbs. It is electronic throttle control limited.

Here is the explanation from HPT help files.

Max Torque: Maximum allowed engine torque for Electronic Throttle Control fitted vehicles. This value is also used to control a torque based PCM output, this is used on some Holden vehicles to reduce Fuel Pump voltage when torque is below this value. WARNING: increasing this value on those vehicles will result in reduced fuel pressure, lean conditions and possible engine damage during high torque operation.

    For clarification I own a 2001 Z06.

The dyno shop would have had to turn off TM just to run the car. I know, I've forgotton to turn it off a few times myself on Covettes.
The car just goes limp when you start to roll it on the dyno with TM on.

Torque does look a little low at the bottom. Why did they start the run so high in the RPM range? It's not an auto trans...

Sounds like they forgot to tune the TM section with the values you are reporting. If you want, post your tune. I've had lots of experience on all kinds of Z06's. I would be happy to go over it with you.

The HP looks awesome for a cam & LT's car. Any other mods?

Sent you an email EC. So the car would not pull at all if tc was left on? He struggled a little to get it going, but then it took off. I saw the DIC on the last pull, and it was saying something about TC and AH.

So I went out to pull the codes off the car. (Just had an idea). I get c1221, c1222, and c1248. All history codes. the 21 and 22 are from the front wheels not turning on the dyno, and I have no idea what the 1248 is.

Digging this one up... I'm curious about the Max Torque parameter also. Did changing this help/hurt/do nothing?

    Thanks.
