To DISABLE THE SENSOR, the fail high needs to be zeroed. FWIW, I always zero the table just to make sure. Even at that, you're not really disabling the sensor, you're only failing it. It will still report Hz.
On the subject of O2s and disconnecting them to force open loop, I too have seen it drive fuel trims through the roof. Your point?
In the log posted, it is clear that the O2s are functional, and doing their job. The fact that the codes are set to no error has no bearing on the condition.
