LM1 Readings Different

I am currently using the expanded cable with my LM1. I have noticed lately that the LM1 reading is differnet then what is showing on my Hystogram how can I calibrate the two systems?

First off, be sure that the transfer function
programmed into the LM-1 and the one that
HPTuners uses, are the same. If you changed
the LM-1, or maybe used aux out 1 instead of
2, you might have a discrepancy there.

Seen several people though who seem to have
a persistent offset error and I haven't seen
the clean solution, or even authoritative reason
for that. My suspicion is ground loops (the LM-1
sucks a lot of heater current and pushes it back
into ground, possibly offsetting it from the EIO
reference ground).

You might resurrect some of those threads and
see if there was any solution, just unpublished.
