Let me decipher
"well, to where they are about to release it now or is it going to be many months"
I get asked this question enough to where I actually kinda understood
The truth is all the hard work is done for dodge on Chris's end, its really just a matter of our software designer to integrate the firmware into the software build so people can start tuning them.
The thing is we don't want to break 2.23 by adding in a firmware change so we are going to get 2.23 stable enough to release as 2.24 then compile the firmware changes into 2.25 from my understanding.

So what if I buy a new cable for "beta testing" and you load up the new firmware on that cable and send it my way. I will test it side by side with the "other" software that is out there and let you know what I find. I have 200+ lx/lc cars under my belt, plenty of stuff to test with as I am tuning 3-4 dodges a week currently.
Our software encompasses all makes, GM, ford & dodge included, making 3 different software builds is not the answer. Shoot, we even include a dodge .hpt file in the newest beta software that can be viewed just like any other, its a firmware update that is necessary, the new firmware is also necessary for the new spi chips being installed in the newer interfaces so it needs to get done one way or the other so its not just guys that want a dodge solution that are waiting on the firmware.

Any advantages of the new SPI chips? Just curious, I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to mircrochips and such

No, our supplier just changed the id number of the chip, size/speed is the same so no advantage.

Mainly 05-06 I suppose is what our software should be able to read out.
