RAF Tuning for 09 Silverado

Is thier a RAF config file or can someone tell me how to setup a raf table for my 09 Silverado? I installed a cam and had alot of work done to the heads. Truck runs great, idles great, but I just want to make sure that I have the start and the base air flow dead on. I did add a bunch to both tables and that helped alot. I have very little surging now, and that only happens it seems like when I'm pulling up to the gard shack to get on base, but thats very far and few between.

One more question. Does the HPtuners traning video and book teach one more than the Greg Banish DVD? I liked Greg's dvd, it tought me alot, but when it come to stuff like the question I had, does the hptuners guide better?

Not sure what video/book you are referring to?
