When did you download the beta? Maybe a newer version would take care of your problem.
Amen brothers, I been wondering this for quite awhile.

I don't get it why dump on the people who made you successful? I have already fried 1 PCM and lost $300 on top of that in additional credit charges because of upgrade problems. Having the last stable version posted dated April of 2008 is beyond laughable. Are they busy catering to Ford and Dodge folks now so we don't matter anymore?
All I ever hear about is how everyone is too busy to provide us these updates but they don't mind taking my money every time I need to tune more vehicles. Sorry for the rant guys but in my book the customer service for this product has officially gone right off a cliff
Chris I went through all of your previous emails and don't find anything about you frying your pcm due to a beta issue.
In fact the last email I was able to find what you asking for the newest beta software back in Oct. 2009, I don't find any with you having any issues with that beta version.
You need to report issues to support at hptuners.com if you run into one, without knowing there's an issue we don't know theres an issue.
For anyone who doesn't know we usually release 1 beta compile every week with bug fixes, new features, new gm support, etc.
For an example here is the newest beta email I've been sending out
This beta adds several new features for several platforms
All platforms receive
New Editor code
Multi vehicle upgrade credit bug fixed
New operating systems supported

to say we're too busy catering to ford & dodge folks that you(I assume you are saying GM) guys don't matter anymore couldn't be farther from the truth.
Back to the matter at hand if you are running a beta version and have an issue email support its as simple as that. Posting when will a stable 2.23 version be available helps in no way to fix something you may have found was broken. Only YOU(and other beta testers like you) can report errors or issues with the beta so that we can fix them.
Additionally Starting with the 2.24 release, we will be switching to a new release method.
We will maintain:
Public Stable (2.24)
Public Stable (2.24) + New Defintions + New VIN/OS Support
Private Beta (2.25) This will be a more tested stable beta version than what we're putting out today.
Unstable Beta (2.25) This will be the version we develop on.
This way if you don't want to be a beta tester you don't need to.
