That is for customers who are still in their six or twelve month support period or those that renew their support ?Originally Posted by Keith@HPTuners
Just thought that some may miss interpret this.
btw looking good
I guess I'll get ready to PayPal you guys another $99....
I'd like to show off HPT 2.0 at the Livernois Motorsports dyno day next month, so hopefully it's done by then. I'll probably be able to make some $ turning off CAGS and SES lights and playing with some settings of other people's cars while I'm sitting in the parking lot. Maybe it'll pay for my upgrade!

i just hope you guys release it soon.... before my free upgrade time expires.
btw, just curious.... on the hardware side, is this "USB" cable really a built in USB->serial adapter, and then the hardware still uses serial comm?
edit:
followup question:
how much will it be to upgrade my current serial cable to USB?? because adapters suck.

other tuning programs for other ECMs ive used in the past, have this cool little "compare" feature.... where you take 2 bins, and it tells me whats diffrent between the two (datawise)..
does HPtuners 2.0 have anything like this?

You can extend your software update at any time. There is no penalty for renewing at a later date.

Current meaning you need to have software support on the day 2.0 is released, not current as in, Today If you upgrade now, the time will just be appended to the end of your current support (if you have it) as I understand it.
Correct.
VCM Suite 2.0 is our first major software update.

Like the screen shots but think I still need convincing that V2.0 is $99 usd better than V1.6 (my support ended in feb) .
Mmmm wonder what useful doodadds there would be in V2.0 that I could use on my VY one tonner that aren’t in v1.6.
;D
2.0 looks really cool.

Is there going to be a compare feature built into v 2.0
