Am I getting scamed?

I made an order for HP Tuners 10 days ago. I paid for it that day and the money has already been taken from my account. I have not heard a word from anybody about a tracking number order confirmation or anything. Is this normal for this business to keep you in the dark? I am getting very concerned and have sent 2 emails asking for a response, and have got nothing back. I even tried IM'ing the owner and got nothing. There is no number to call, so I am trying this.

Any advice/comments to help me out would be great.

Well, I don't know what to say. I never got an email back from you and I sent you two. I did however recieve my order today, and had I gotten a tracking number I would have complained about UPS not to you.
