Yea, that PE delay on the trucks, I don't get it.

It's there so that they don't fail emissions on the US06 (Highway) driving cycle. Keeping the engine on stoich during short duration, moderate accelerations goes a long way to reducing CO and HC numbers.

Can you get more torque with some enrichment? Yes. Do they NEED more torque in the OEM application? Not really. The bottom line is: "If you don't meet emissions, you don't sell vehicles. Period."

Yeah but thats a very different issue in that theres a timer delay in many truck calibrations that ISN'T active in car calibrations, even though it is a delay it really has little to nothing to do with PE enrichment rate.

I'm bringing this back to the top. Is this a feature in newer Gen3 motors because I have a 2000 and I don't see that table/value to edit. Before you ask, I have the view set to advanced.

Its not in the earlier pre 01' calibrations if im not mistaken

There is no table in the pcm for it on them.

Anything over 1 does absolutely nothing in regards tothe rate of fuel delivery.
