How fast will HPT support fix my problem? I have emailed the .hpt file and the VCM log info file this morning. The customer has driven from Kelona BC to my shop here in the Portland Oregon. I uploaded the bin file but the program can't load the file as it is the latest GM cal. Of course the customer has to return to Canada today so getting this resolved quickly is very important.

would you mind posting the file? Also what version are you using currently? If I can open it with my beta version I'll be glad to send you it.
