Looking to modify my current LS1 PCM harness to be able to do E40 and the TCM as well.

Anyone know best source to get blue ECU connector and the TCM connector?

Also what pins the TCM needs to comm?

So I would need CAN # 6,7 tied into the CAN wires at OBD port

    #11 accessory voltage?
Def #31 Ignition voltage, 32 battery voltage
And #35 low reference should be ground right?

Correct, pins 6 and 7 tied to the CAN wires at the OBD port.
Pin 31 is ignition 1 voltage
Pin 32 is battery positive voltage from ECM
    Pin 35 is low reference
