4.8 to 6.0 swap in a truck tuning questions

    I just recently swapped a heads/cam 6.0l in my 01 RCSB 4x4 Silverado.
I have been tuning with HPTuners. I got my idle right now and am currently part throttle via SD tuning. Now I copied over all the tables from an 02 6.0l except transmission stuff. I have got all my numbers pretty much 0 maybe a little negative. No knock and WOT runs are around 900mv. I followed all the directions of the programming for dummies.
My truck is still a dog compared to what I thought it would be.. Where can I find some more power. Is my spark and fueling tables too low? Any help would be much appreciated. I can send my VCM file and any other info if someone wanted to look at it.
Here are the specs on what has been done to the truck

04 6.0l bottom end, taken all apart with new bearings and gaskets
    TR220 112 lsa cam
    Ported 6.0l heads
    new oil pump
    4.8l intake and injectors
    Yank 3000 stall
Transgo HD-2 shift kit in my 4l60e
    B&M Trans cooler

    Thanks again for any help....

The 6.0L by design is a dog out of the hole, compared to the 4.8L and especially the 5.3L. Does it feel that way, or excessively slow on the bottom end? Is the guttless feeling when driving around town or when you go WOT? If it is while driving around town, you may want to bump up the timing in that area ... where you feel the sluggishness.

I just noticed, but why did you keep the 4.8L injectors and manifold? Those injectors are possibly too small for your current setup. Just an FYI.

I am pretty sure that in the trucks the intake and injectors are the same for a 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0 from 2000 and up...
