You are logging the wrong sensor.
LS4's only have 2 o2 sensors, you need to log bank 1 sensor 2 to see the o2 sensor after the cat converter.
Bank 1 sensor 1 is the only sensor before the converter.

Welcome to front wheel drive GM thinking lol. There is no where to run more exhaust tubing on a transverse mounted engine like these, so they go up and over the transmission into a combined downpipe with 2 o2 senors and 1 cat converter.
All 3100, 3400, 3800, 3900 and 5.3's in the W-body platform only run 2 o2 sensors. H-body cars are the same way.

Mainly because it works and just open the hood, look at the limited space. You can't run exhaust under the oil pan/transmission, too close to the ground.
Look at all the 3800's, they too use a single o2 sensor to control all 6 cylinders even on the supercharged engines.
