The RAF tuning for the LS2 looks to be very similar to the LS1/6 but I'm confused about something. One cell is 0.00'd out while the others show a normal value. The cell that is 0'd is the one @ idle RPM. Whats the trick to changing the values?

these values are the minmum allowed idle airflow, they are not the RAF like the LS1.
The idle airflow will not learn down below these values so you can put a lower bumpstop on idle if you want. The idle cells in PN are set to 0 in most GM cals so the idle can learn down to whatever it takes to meet the desired idle RPM.
