I've heard that the LS2 05+ programming have 2 ve tables and currently we only have one. When can we expect to have both? Apparently one is the VE and one is a fuel mult. table.

there is only one VE table that is used. There are a lot of openloop tables and gains, which are present in the editor if thats what you mean.
