LS2: setting commanded A/F and TM

We're tuning a 2005 C5 and the timing retard between gears is crazy. How do you eliminate torque management without removing traction control? Secondly, how do you set the commanded A/F for a SD tune? Open Loop Gas looks like its what you change..

shift torque reduction, under Trans -> Tq Mgt

The commanded AFR is set by the PE table and openloop tables. Be aware that GM uses a couple of methods on the openloop tables, sometimes they use the base table and set the multipliers to 1.0, in other cases they set the base to a fixed value and use the multipliers.

i just realised this in an M6, what do you mean timing retard between gears? When you lift the gas for the shift the timing will naturally retard.

yeah, that is exactly what I am looking for now. I want to do this w.o removing traction control.
