    Question Having a problem with HP tuners and no one will reply or call back

    My tuner is having a problem with HP tuners and has sent many texts has even called, and that was fun finding a phone number to hp tuners. I was told this could be a way to get hp to help. I'm the customer and even I've call and hp has give me the run-a-round. I have 5 of my cars that I wanted to get tuned and my tuner is telling me hp is the best, but one of my cars has been strapped down on there dyno for over a week with a problem with hp tuners and hp will not reply or call back. I just want to drive my car hp please help.

    Not sure about sales but I'm personally backed up by roughly 550 emails so it will likely take me a few weeks to be fully caught up. I apologize for any delay but I'm trying my best to get caught up, unfortunately easier said than done.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    You may get a better response by posting the exact issue you are having because there are a lot of great people here. Someone may be able to assist online.
