Ugh, that's why I haven't gotten a reply yet. Now I feel bad for sending so many emails yesterday. But I did loose a programmer sale and a dyno tune.
well im 3 of the 732 im guessing im still a long ways away cause im sitting here twittling my thumbs waiting for my response lol this does get frustrating, may be time for more than one support guy.

Hey bill I sent a very important(to me anyways) email a couple hours ago from Jaxxon@ g mail if you could please check it out. Bought some credits and it unlocked my vehicle, but the serial number didn't end up correct some how. Trying to prevent damage to my transmission ASAP. Please please check it out.
i don't know anyone bill im checking with a couple people to see if they are interested, how far did you make it through the list today, my first email was sunday so im guessing you still have a ways to go through the list.
Started with 890 emails when I got back.
Down to 487 now.
I've sent out a total of 585 emails over the last two days, I honestly don't expect to be fully caught up before the end of this week. I need a break as I've been working the last 15 hours almost straight through.

Your job is similar to mine in that it almost doesn't pay to go on vacation. Wish I could help whittle those down.

well my first one didnt get sent till sunday so looks like im not getting to start my car until next week.
ok ill go ahead and post this here cause i don't know where else to put it to get a response. i know your swamped with emails right now bill but i have been trying since sunday to get this figured out to start my car, i have a 2005 neon srt4 and i need the beta 2.25 from what ive read to recognize my vehicle, is there any other way to get it other than waiting another 450 emails to get it on my customer page a week later...is there a download hiding for it somewhere or can someone locally that has beta 2.25 log into their account on my computer and download it for me to my computer. the track opens here tomorrow and i cant even get the car started without this its getting fairly frustrating having to check my computer constantly just waiting and looking like im gonna miss opening track day. i understand your swamped but im just trying to figure a way to just download it.
