We have enough units on the way to fill all current orders and all upgrade/new orders for the wide band interface.

If you are interested in a wide band interface you will have to either send your existing cable back for an upgrade, or purchase a new unit at a higher price than our current VCM Suite standard.

I purchased the unit last week and they said it would be shipped 1st week of October due to the new cable being back ordered. I paid what the web site said and there was no mention of any additional costs for a different cable. Now what exactly should I be expecting to come ???

You will receive our standard vcm suite package.

The integrated cable will require a seperate order process or an upgrade for existing customers.

It is physically different hardware that is more costly than our current standard vcm suite interface unit.

What do I need to do to get the upgraded cable? Since I already placed my order, could there have been a chance that the standard suite already shipped?

I read the link. I would just rather pay the difference now and get sent the new cable and software verses getting the old cable and having the issue or trading it back in. Is there a ball park price of what the package will cost from the get go with the new cable??

We do not have ball park prices that we can post at this time.

I do not want to make a habbit of holding orders now as it increases the risk of one falling through the cracks. Also, we do not have an exact release date for the wide band interface so your wait would be indefinate.

If you do decide you wish to wait, I can hold your order in the mean time.

I can tell you though that the trade-in plan for existing customers (yourself) will be very affordable.
