Guys for the life of me I cannot get rid of surging in C/L around 1500 rpm, in O/L there is absolutely no surging and the car drives beautiful.
Any solution to get the 02's to work right? Maybe try the rear's in the front?

I know you're aware that proper fuel and timing will eliminate surging and it seems like you got it all right since it's good in open loop. I'm wondering how much overlap you have in your cam and if that's skewing the narrow band readings by keeping them too cool or something. I'm also wondering if changing the 02 switch points will help any.
