Thread: MAF tuning question.

    MAF tuning question.

I have a question on tuning the MAF. From what I have read I disable closed loop and set the steady state RPM thresh to 0.

From there I started the car and logged with the MAF - AFR error histogram.

do I just copy the entire table and paste special it into my MAF cal? Am I going about this right?

    Thanks.

Make sure that your COT and DFCO are also disabled so they don't mess with the afr. Just copy and paste special. If you're close, use paste special-half so you don't overshoot. If you have your VE table correct, you don't need to disable dynamic airflow.

    Multiply by % or % - half.

Thanks. VE is pretty close, but will get it tuned in better once all the snow melts.
