after looking at that second log where you go 100% tps & still only hit 103kpa, I believe you either still have a 1bar map sensor installed or you are NOT hitting boost at all. Do you have a boost gauge?

It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I installed a 3 Bar Map Sensor.....and I don't see how a D1SC with a 3.7" pully is not making boost
What is the P/N on the sensor? Do you have a boost gauge?

Boost gauge isn't hooked up currently. but the car made 10lbs with a 4.5" pully and all that was changed was the pully size and map senser.
Is it possible that the 3bar OS didn't load completely and that is why the scale is stopping at that KPa?
GOT IT FIGURED OUT!
Thanks for your time Bill
Please do tell what exactly it was????Originally Posted by 30thta436

Im having the same issue while trying to log a ls1 with 3 bar map. Boost gauge read at least 7lbs but kpa does not go above 105 in the scan. Do i need to make a different table other than map to utilize the 3 bar or should it have worked automatically. I'm using same sensor as posted above. Here is a log.
