Scanner config doesn't help as much as a scanner log would however, Its probably either that you don't have your config setup the way the help file explains it or you are not using a 3 bar sensor. If you are using a 3 bar sensor go through the help file in the operating system section http://www.hptuners.com/help/vcm_edi...ters_gm_os.htm for more info on setting up your scanner for 3 bar.

Please don't convert to excel, just post the .hpl file, use the manage attachements feature the same way you did for your original post.

Just by looking at your config I'm pretty sure like 98% that you probably have a custom PID set as your map sensor that is probably creating an issue so make sure you look them over.

doesn't look like you hit boost at all in that log but nothing looks wrong from what I can tell, again probably a custom PID issue.

    Either

    a. fix the custom PID that is screwy
    b. delete the custom pid that is screwy
    c. go into your hptuners folder & delete the file named VCM Scanner.cfg

any one of the three will work.

the only custom PID in that config is the Air Fuel Error. I do not see a file named VCM Scanner.cfg?

It'll be in your hptuners folder under \My Documents\HP Tuners\Settings

And just because its in that config means nothing, the config you posted does NOT match what you scanned so when you are scanning you are NOT using that config you posted.

I now know for sure it is a custom PID that is screwy.

I have been using different log files trying to determine what my problem is, so the one I posted doesn't match the log I posted.

I deleted the VCM Scanner.cfg file and still no avail on the log file. it will not go above 100KPa. should that have fixed my problem? or now do I need to start deleting PIDs?

here is the latest log file using the original config that I posted

Also here is a Screen Shot of my PIDs
