Torque measurement sensor
Hope someone can help with this. I am trying to adjust the base pressure levels. I have a Radix supercharger and the torque curve is very flat after about 2000 RPM.....at least by seat of the pants feel.
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to scan the torque measurement sensor? I'd like to be able to more intelligently adjust to pressures in the appropriate torque ranges and throttle positions.
Thanks

Re: Torque measurement sensor
There are a couple of delivered torque PIDs.
One is engine, another one seems to embody
converter fluid multiplication (on A4s). I don't
think there is a torque sensor per se, but the
engine crankshaft position sensor's dynamic
output (crank acceleration / deceleration =
torque ripple) is somehow processed to make
an average output torque value. Of somewhat
questionable accuracy, but output nonetheless.
For trans related params like TM, the one that
includes the converter effects is the one you
want; for engine-only load stuff I -think- you
want the straight engine delivered torque PID.
