tcs question?

my tcs inop light has been on ever since the pcm got tuned with a mail order tune. did they take a vehicle that didn't have traction control and download it to my pcm. when i read codes with the techII it says the pcm is requesting it to be off. would i be correct in thinking that the only way to fix this is to go back to the dealer and reflash my pcm to stock and start over. also my os isn't compatable with other vehicles of same model year thats what got me thinking that. :-/ any help appreciated

contact the mail order tune place you used...
this is really their problem since it happened immediately after their tune was put in the PCM
