Not sure about this but the sensor range in the
datasheets I've read, says 0.5 - 4.5V. If you are
"pegged" it doesn't matter how "pegged". But it
should be less than the full scale voltage if you
are below 105kPa and if so then bending it up will
add fuel.
Yes because the PCM would interpolate that higher MAP voltage as higher manifold pressure.
