I just purchased a brand new HPT MVPI unit for my 2007 Duramax.
I got everything loaded and hooked up and when I tried to "Read Entire" I kept getting this error;
I did have an Edge Evolution and PPE programmer on this truck before but I returned them both to stock. I even tried returning the PPE back to stock multiple times but still no luck with HPT.

Try contacting support with a vcm suite infolog.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
